Meet The Team

Miles started with All Pro in January 2021 as a Salesman while completing Engineering School. In May 2021 he became our Mechanical Engineer upon graduating from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and assisted in more commercial projects. In January 2022 he became All Pro’s General Manager. Before all of this, he served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps. As of April 1, 2023, he is now one of the owners of All Pro.

Blake became an owner in 2019. He has 22 years of experience in Residential, Commercial and Industrial Plumbing and HVAC. He’s had his plumbing license for 15 years bringing senior craftsmanship to the All Pro team. Being a proud member of the Local 149 he looks forward to helping you with all your mechanical needs.

John was the original owner of All Pro and started the business from his home in 2017. He sold his portion of All Pro to Miles in April of 2023. He now serves as the General Manager and helps the new technicians increase their knowledge of the HVAC/Plumbing world. John is also a Veteran and has over 30 years of experience in the trade in both Residential and Commercial Services.

Adam joined the team just recently as the Administrative Director and works directly for the owners. His responsibilities include Payroll, Human Resources, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Customer Service, Employee Relations, Permit Regulation, Advertising, Business Efficiency Analysis, IT support, and all Technological Activities and Advancements for the business. Adam is a Disabled Veteran who served in the Air Force as both a Nuclear Weapons Craftsman and a Conventional Munitions Specialist and was directly involved in the Afghanistan conflict and Global War on Terrorism from 2001 through 2007. He has a bachelors degree in Geology/Geophysics, an Associates in Munition Systems Technology, and Graduate studies in Marine Geology and Oceanography. He has over 25 years of experience working for the federal government, military, and as a tradesman. Adam has worked and served for the Naval Oceanographic Office-Special Projects Cell as a Geophysicist, Army Corps of Engineers as a Ranger, Dept. of the Interior-Office of Surface Mining as a Federal Regulator, and just recently retired from the US Air Force as the Geospatial Intelligence Officer for Scott AFB. Away from the office, he spends his time with his wife and son, cooking, barbequing, marksmanship, gunsmithing, deer hunting, wild mushroom hunting/mycology, rock/artifact hunting, gardening, ATV riding, hiking in the woods, and fixing anything he broke or others bring him.

Renee has worked in customer service and project coordinator roles for 20+ years. Her experience helping create satisfied customers spans across a variety of fields including the oil and gas, laboratory, and airline industries. She joined the All Pro team in Dec 2020.

Jamie joined the All-Pro team in late 2023 as an Administrative Specialist. She has over 20 years of experience in business Customer Service with much of that time in the HVAC and Plumbing Industry. Away from the office, Jamie enjoys camping, fishing and recently renovated two vintage campers with her husband. Her spare time is spent with her granddaughter and two kitties, Milo and Lucy.

Paul joined the All Pro team in 2023. Whether it is replacement of a thermostat or a complete system install, he takes care of proposing solutions that will meet HVAC needs for both residential and commercial customers.

Luis joined the All Pro team in November of 2020. He has 15 years experience in construction and carpentry. He has taken classes at Parkland College for ductwork and joined the Local 149 in January of 2021 as a Plumbing and HVAC Apprentice.

Cale got interested in the field of HVAC in the fall of 2020. He went to school at Midwest Technical Institute in Springfield to pursue HVAC/R and got his EPA Certification. He started at All Pro the beginning of 2022.

Landon joined the All Pro team his senior year through a Co-Op program offered at his High School. After graduating in 2022 he was hired on as a helper. He assists technicians in completing service and installation projects, while attending Parkland College and taking courses in HVAC and Basic Electricity.

Austin has been on the All-Pro team since early 2023. As a tradesman with experience in multiple trades including plumbing and electrical, he is an industry “Unicorn”. Austin boasts over 7 years as a professional HVAC technician, 4 years as a plumber, and over 7 years as an electrician. He is All-Pro’s Superintendent for all of our HVAC Technicians, where he is responsible for bidding projects and keeping the technicians busy. When he isn’t working, he is a family man who enjoys his wife and children and when they let him, some rounds of golf.

I started at All Pro in 2023 as a Shop Helper. Since then, I have joined Local 149 and began assisting with installs. I am looking forward to learning and growing in the HVAC field.

Zach Beccue joined All-Pro in 2025 with over 3 years of experience in HVAC service and installation. He has a varied background, prior to HVAC, in heavy equipment operation and construction plus has over 2 years of railroad conductor experience. In his free time, Zach enjoys a round of golf. He is now part of our Local 149 and we welcome Zach’s hard work, experience and knowledge to our growing team of professional HVAC technicians!

Mike has been in the Plumbing, Pipefitting and Welding trades for 23 years. Working in Residential, Commercial and Industrial fields, he has the experience to get the job done. Being a member of Local 149 and the All Pro Team, he looks forward to helping you with your mechanical needs.

Damarius joined All Pro in 2018. He joined Local 149 right out of High School and is a proud member. He has 5+ years of Residential and light Commercial service plumbing experience. He looks forward to helping you with all your mechanical needs.

Richard joined the All Pro team in November of 2023. He has 11 years in the pipe trades as a fitter and plumber, with a commercial background. He is also a member of UA Local 149.

Blake joined the All-Pro team in early 2024 and works for the company as a Plumber/Sewer Specialist and is part of our Local 149. He has over 5 years in the plumbing/sewer trade and was even once a Meat Cutter/Butcher! Blake is the “Social Butterfly” of the company and enjoys all social experiences. He is talented in playing the guitar, singing, and writing songs/music. He is a dedicated family man and his children are his life away from the work place.

Austyn joined All-Pro early in 2025 and works for the company as one of our Shop Technicians. He is currently apprenticing in the Plumbing trade, where he is gaining experience under a Master Plumber. Austyn comes to us with experience from Industrial Factories and the Roofing Industry. He aspires to learn and grow in the trades, which we gladly welcome! When he isn’t working and learning, he enjoys working on cars/trucks.

Max Cabrera joined the All-Pro team in 2024. He is a graduate of professional HVAC school and is currently working for All-Pro as one of our hard-working Shop Technicians. He also assists our professional HVAC and Plumbing Tradesmen. Max’s experience is in HVAC, Sheet Metal and Plumbing. Max is dedicated to our country and is currently serving in the Army National Guard as a 91 Bravo where he is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all Army vehicles, including Humvees and large trucks. When Max isn’t serving for the National Guard and working for All-Pro, he enjoys fishing and working out.
